Allergens, plainly
Both flavours contain milk, eggs, wheat and soy. There is no dairy-free option yet. Everything is produced in one kitchen, so no item can be promised free of cross-contact.
What goes in, and what does not
Custard is made from milk, cream, egg yolk, sugar and real vanilla. Bananas are cut the morning they are layered, never the night before, because a banana cut at 9pm is brown by 6am and no amount of lemon juice fixes it honestly.
There is no modified starch, no artificial banana flavour, no colour, and no preservative. That is why everything here keeps for five to seven days rather than a month, and it is the whole reason the business only sells inside one city.
